These methods are used to treat a variety of conditions, including anxiety, depression, OCD, BPD, bipolar disorder, ADHD, trauma, and addiction. In addition, Embark is also equipped to deal with social isolation or bullying, gaming or internet addictions, ODD, RAD, and suicidal ideation.
Embark at Phoenix offers two levels of outpatient care: the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is the most intensive level of care, consisting of 27-30 hours of treatment over 5 days per week while allowing patients to remain living at home. Along with individual, group, and family therapy, PHP also includes educational services that allow students to earn credits that can be transferred back to their school. The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) entails 3-4 days of treatment per week for 3 hours per day, with group and individual therapies as well as family counseling. The IOP program takes place in the evenings to accommodate school and work schedules, and when participants are ready, they are able to step down to a less intensive level of care, such as weekly or bi-weekly outpatient 1-on-1 therapy or virtual or in-home counseling services.
