Decision Point

At Decision Point, we offer comprehensive dual diagnosis treatment for substance use disorder and any accompanying mental health issues. Our extended residential treatment programs last between 45-90 days and involve a variety of specialty programs, such as Telehealth, self-defense, academic and career counseling, adventure and recovery program, enrichment activities, life skills development, and relapse prevention. We are passionate about helping clients have fun while sober, so we offer a range of activities such as rock-climbing, zip-lining, backpacking, canoeing, and wilderness expeditions. We respect the 12 steps of AA and also provide non-12 step alternatives. In addition, clients receive customized treatment plans based on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-specific therapy, breathwork and meditation, eye movement therapy (EMDR), relaxation, and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Our facility is located in the beautiful high desert of Prescott, Arizona, with comfortable living quarters in 2-bedroom gender-specific apartments. Clients will enjoy the mild climate and abundance of recreational activities, and will shop for their own meals with guidance from a nutritionist. At Decision Point, we are dedicated to providing the best care possible and are accredited by the Joint Commission. We accept most private insurances.
