Holdfast Recovery offers multiple faith-based substance use disorder treatments and programs, including intensive outpatient programs (IOP), partial hospitalization programs (PHP), and aftercare. Their programs are a minimum of 90 days and consist of three phases. The first phase offers substance screening, evidence-based counseling, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and sober living accommodations. The second phase encourages recovery of independence through professional re-entry support, twelve-step meetings, Bible studies, and group therapy three times per week. The third phase focuses on the recovery of mind, body and spirit, including physical fitness training, aftercare arrangements, and individual counseling with Christian values. Personalized Care and Support Holdfast firmly believes that each person’s addiction recovery journey can look different and strives to meet each patient where they are in their journey. They provide specialized programs for veterans and first responders as well as gender-specific groups to ensure each patient feels comfortable during recovery. An initial complimentary call helps patients and specialists determine if Holdfast is the right fit financially, clinically, and medically. If Holdfast isn’t the right fit, the specialist will find an appropriate fit.
