Rising Phoenix Wellness Services

At Rising Phoenix Wellness Services, we specialize in treating individuals struggling with mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and co-occurring disorders. Our comprehensive and long-term clinical approach follows Best Practices to ensure the greatest success for recovery. To best meet our clients’ needs, we offer two levels of care: Outpatient (OP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Our program enables clients to remain connected to clinical staff and peers after treatment concludes.

At Rising Phoenix, we strive to heal the mind, body, and spirit of our clients. Our integrated model of care includes weekly group therapy, weekly individual therapy, case management/coaching services, wellness services (i.e., yoga, nutrition), and psychiatric/medical services. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and present with various psychosocial stressors, family of origin issues, trauma, adjustment difficulties, grief and loss, marginalization experiences, and difficulty coping with distressing situations.

We have designed specialized and structured group treatment programs to meet the varying needs of our clients. Our IOP program offers group therapy at least 3-5 days a week, and our OP program allows individuals to access 1-2 days a week of formal group treatment. Our programs provide a nurturing environment for our clients to heal, offering psychoeducational, as well as process groups in our specialized programs for young adults, impaired professionals, and gender responsive groups.

By providing a long-term treatment program, we offer a seamless transition into less intensive care. Our team looks forward to providing our clients with the opportunity to heal in a safe and nurturing environment.
