The 8-week, all-inclusive program consists of 15-20 hours of on-site sessions per week with day and evening options, as well as the option of virtual treatment. Clients can explore various therapies such as neurofeedback, somatic experiencing, eye movement therapy, and 12-Step support. Additionally, The Meadows offers special programs for men and women with issues related to sex addiction, intimacy issues, relationships, and trauma. The trauma program dives deep into the emotional causes of issues like addiction, depression, anxiety, codependency, and PTSD, providing trauma-specific therapy for healing the root cause.
