At Inbalance, a treatment center in Tucson, Arizona, we understand that young men who struggle with addiction need an additional level of support in order to maximize their chances of achieving sobriety. We are committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for high school, college, and post-college aged young men. Our transitional living program offers a variety of services to help residents develop the skills and knowledge they need to overcome their addiction.
At Inbalance, we believe that successful recovery is based on a multi-faceted approach. Our program focuses on three ‘pillars’: community, therapy, and fun. We prioritize community-building by attending 12-Step meetings, house meetings, and working with a life coach. Our approach to therapy focuses on rebuilding the person’s life, and not on delving into the past. In addition to therapy, we also provide fun activities such as sports, social activities, ski trips, cliff diving, swimming, and more.
Education is also a key component of the program. High school-aged residents are able to continue their education at Tucson High School, with a dedicated teacher working in their own classroom and a modified schedule of 9am-2:30pm Monday-Thursday. Aftercare is also offered to make sure residents have the continued support they need once they have left the program.
At Inbalance, we are dedicated to helping young men on their path to recovery. We provide the necessary services and support to ensure that residents have the best chance of achieving lasting sobriety.
