Rosewood Ranch specializes in treating eating disorders for adolescents ages 12-17. The ranch provides both inpatient and 24/7 residential care for anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating disorders, and is the only program in the country to offer medical detox and acute care services. Their dual diagnosis program can also address co-occurring addictions, mood disorders, and psychiatric conditions. At Rosewood, adolescents feel safe and welcomed with daily therapeutic activities such as 1-on-1 counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), art therapy, music therapy, nutrition, equine therapy, family therapy, and yoga. The Ranch is situated on 13 acres of desert with stunning views of the Bradshaw mountains, and provides a mix of independence and structure with an on-site pool, dance classes, hiking, and a ropes course.
