Capstone Treatment Center

Capstone Treatment Center is a CARF accredited, top-rated private pay treatment center and behavioral care program in the Ozark foothills of Arkansas. Here, families and individuals aged 14 – 26 suffering from addiction and destructive behaviors can find specialized help. Capstone’s therapeutic approach is characterized by faith-based principles and a 90-day residential program divided into four phases, with services such as medical detox, advanced cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), 12-Step facilitation, one-on-one sessions, and unique canine therapy. Each client arriving at Capstone is welcomed with a puppy to be personally taken care of, and attached to, during the course of the program. Furthermore, Capstone provides a relaxing, cabin-like environment with 4,000 square feet of lodging, a state-of-the-art exercise facility, ropes course, and on-site disc golf course.
