About Center for Discovery Fremont

Located only a short distance from San Francisco, the Center for Discovery’s Fremont location provides a higher level of care for women and non-binary adults (age 18+) suffering from eating disorders. Set in a picturesque estate, this location boasts an outdoor rose garden and meditation area for residents to relax in. The residential treatment program offers a structured environment to help clients focus on recovery without the presence of external stressors. Clients have a consistent daily routine of wake up times, bedtimes, chores, and mealtimes, as well as five to six hours of individual, group, and family therapy per day. Yoga, art therapy, journaling, and horticulture therapy are also available. In addition, Center for Discovery Fremont provides free online eating disorder support groups.
