Aspire Counseling Services – Fresno

Aspire Counseling Services provides tailored treatment for adults and adolescents dealing with substance use disorders (SUD), behavioral health conditions, and co-occurring issues. They offer multiple levels of outpatient care, including intensive outpatient (IOP) and partial hospitalization (PHP) programs. These offer individual, couples, family, and group counseling for men, women, and adolescents (ages 12-17). Additional services include addiction recovery groups, education groups, relapse prevention, drug and alcohol testing, crisis intervention, and aftercare.

Aspire utilizes evidence-based treatments and holistic methods, such as animal therapy, art therapy, mindfulness therapy, meditation, yoga, and music therapy, to personalize care. They also provide IOP and PHP programs to address behavioral health issues, as well as an adolescent IOP designed to assist young people with short-term stabilization of their psychiatric symptoms while allowing them to live independently.
