The Bridges San Diego provides outpatient treatment options for individuals with addictions and co-occurring disorders. Their Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offer evidence-based drug and alcohol education, individual and group therapy sessions, relapse prevention planning, spiritual development, self-esteem building, physical health and wellbeing education, and 12-Step facilitation. Additionally, The Bridges offers a Family Support Program and an Alumni Program to continue providing ongoing care and assistance. PHP is a short-term, intensive clinical treatment program that meets 5 days a week from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. IOP meets 3 times per week for a minimum of 6 weeks and helps those transitioning from inpatient rehab or that need drug and alcohol treatment but can’t take time away from work and family. The Chronic Relapse Program offers further support for individuals struggling with addiction for 12 weeks, 3 times per week. Lastly, the Family Support Program consists of individual and group counseling for a minimum of 8 weeks, 2 days per week. Alumni are encouraged to stay connected through weekly recovery meetings and other sober events.
