It is physician-owned and operated, and utilizes an Evidence-Based and Holistic approach to treating clients. Lifesync provides medical detox, residential treatment, dual diagnosis treatment and nicotine detox, as well as Art Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Expressive Arts, Eye Movement Therapy (EMDR), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Medication-Assisted Treatment, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Motivational Interviewing and Somatic Experiencing. It operates two separate residential locations: Murphy and Calpine, both of which have 6 beds, 8 bathrooms, and 5,000 square feet of space, offering views of the coastal shores of Malibu. Each location includes grand bedrooms and luxurious bathrooms with jacuzzi tubs, outdoor seating and eating areas, a pool, jacuzzi, recreation room, family room with a tv, and large kitchen.
