Located in beautiful Malibu, California, Malibu Beach Sober Living is a residential home that provides a supportive, sober environment for its residents. They combine the best elements of Western and Eastern healing processes to create a holistic treatment plan that is tailored to fit the individual and take into consideration any pre-existing medical conditions, mental health needs, and more. They offer a variety of therapeutic programs, such as 1-on-1 and group psychotherapy, relational healing, neurofeedback, EMDR, CBT, mindfulness, 12-Step facilitation, somatic experiencing, and more. Additionally, they offer a family program to provide ongoing support to clients and their families, as well as experiential activities such as music therapy, art classes, yoga, and meditation. The facility has three luxury sober living homes in Malibu, with amenities like beachfront decks, private rooms, beach access, an on-site gym, a private pool and hot tub, and a pool table. A strong alumni support program is also available, with bi-monthly meetings, a yearly reunion, 12-Step support, regular contact with an alumni coordinator, and a continuing care plan.
