Paradigm Teen & Young Adults Treatment

At Paradigm Treatment, experienced clinicians provide personalized, high-quality care for adolescents and young adults aged 12-26 struggling with mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, mood, and personality disorders, as well as co-occurring substance abuse. The multi-disciplinary team employs evidence-based methods and experiential modalities tailored to each client’s needs, such as yoga, meditation, and equine therapy, to address the root cause of the struggles young people face. Located in beautiful Malibu, California, 6 clients can stay at a time, and are treated to a resort-like atmosphere with beach excursions, a hot tub, and other fun activities. Sessions include individual and family therapy four times a week, plus experiential elements such as surfing and horseback riding. During the school year, Paradigm provides 3 hours of academic collaboration each day to maintain continuity with home schools. Paradigm is accredited by The Joint Commission, and is in-network with most insurance providers, including Anthem. Post-treatment, families also have access to aftercare services for up to 3 years to guarantee lasting recovery.
