About 449 Recovery California

449 Recovery California is a comprehensive, person-centered treatment program for individuals who are struggling with mental health disorders and co-occurring addiction. Our holistic approach combines acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), art and music therapy, motivational interviewing (MI), and psychodrama to create individualized, lasting results. We offer a 90-day partial hospitalization program (PHP) and intensive outpatient program (IOP) to give clients the support and guidance they need to move towards recovery. Although 449 Recovery is a 12-Step based program, the process of recovery does not require participation in the 12-Steps. We also offer alternative support groups such as process groups, trauma-focused groups, and spirituality groups for our clients to explore.
