Sheer Recovery

Sheer Recovery is an inclusive, comprehensive center providing a dual-diagnosis program for those struggling with addiction and co-occurring mental health conditions. With a focus on trauma-informed care, Sheer Recovery offers cognitive, behavioral, and other therapies to help patients learn new ways to manage stress, such as mindfulness and meditation groups, relaxation therapy, massage, fitness, and both art and music therapy. The center also offers a Faith-Based Program for those looking to find support in their spiritual recovery. Patients at Sheer Recovery have access to private and semi-private rooms, coastal views, and weekend activities, as well as English and Spanish speaking staff. Clients can take part in a modified 90-day transitional program, which can provide supportive living and help them gain important life skills.
