About Trust Socal

TRUST SoCal is a Southern California-based outpatient care facility dedicated to providing evidence-based treatment and comprehensive, individualized care for clients with behavioral health and substance use disorders. Their Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) offers up to 6 hours of daily group or individual therapy to address the individual needs of each client. At TRUST SoCal, the SAMHSA Eight Dimensions of Wellness are incorporated into their treatment plans, with specialized medications and therapies, such as individual, family, and group therapies, as well as 12-Steps, relapse prevention, and psychotherapy, offered to help clients achieve mental and physical health. Each client is matched with a case manager who coordinates their care and ensures the appropriate services are provided. For clients in recovery, TRUST SoCal offers Transitional Living Houses (TLHs) at an additional expense. There are also Alumni groups and Alumni-led peer support groups available to support ongoing recovery.
