About Casa Serena

Casa Serena, an accredited Joint Commission-certified facility in Santa Barbara, California, provides specialized addiction treatment for women. Their full continuum of care includes medical detox, residential treatment, a women’s trauma program, wellness and health program, sober living, and outpatient services. Clients have the opportunity to engage in evidence-based therapies such as acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), art therapy, 12-Step facilitation, nutrition and wellness, eye movement therapy (EMDR), and yoga. Casa Serena has been supporting women in their journey to sobriety and wellness for over 60 years and is located just a few blocks away from the ocean. Their two Victorian Santa Barbara centers offer comfortable accommodations in an up-scale environment, with personal counselors assigned to each client to address any co-occurring mental health conditions. Clients can take part in 12-Step programs and benefit from therapies and life skill development needed for a successful recovery.
