About Good Heart Recovery

Good Heart Recovery, part of the BeWell Recovery network, provides a comprehensive spectrum of care including detox, inpatient, outpatient, and aftercare services. The mission of Good Heart is to offer spiritually based, compassion based treatment that is tailored to the individual. This includes evidence-based behavior therapies, mindfulness practices, and motivational interviewing (MI). Mental health outpatient therapy is offered to help patients with post traumatic stress (PTSD), anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and other traumas. The 5:1 doctor to client ratio ensures that each person receives the individualized care they need. Residential treatment takes place in and around Santa Barbara, California, in comfortable and unique fully furnished homes, offering an optimal space for recovery.
