Aspire Counseling Services – Simi Valley

Nestled in the hills and mountains of the Simi Valley, Aspire Counseling Services provides specialized treatment services for substance use disorders (SUD), behavioral health conditions, and co-occurring disorders in adults and adolescents. Their comprehensive treatment offerings include intensive outpatient (IOP) and partial hospitalization (PHP) programs for SUD, Behavioral Health IOP, and Psychiatric PHP, as well as an Adolescent Program.

Aspire’s evidence-based treatment plans are individualized to meet each patient’s needs, and apply a holistic approach to clinical therapy. This includes a variety of evidence-based modalities, plus experiential therapies such as animal therapy, art therapy, mindfulness therapy, meditation, yoga, and music therapy. Small group sessions are held 3 days per week for 3 hours each day, as well as individual sessions with an Aspire clinician.

The Adolescent Program provides a unique treatment approach to adolescents (ages 12–17) with substance use disorders, mental health issues, or an overwhelming crisis. This short-term program is designed to teach adolescents the skills for a successful recovery while allowing them to remain in school and maintain their daily routine.
