The Meadows Outpatient Center provides an 8-week intensive outpatient program (IOP) to treat addiction, trauma, mental health, and co-occurring disorders. The program incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), group therapy, neurofeedback, somatic experiencing, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), 12-Step principles, and a wellness component. Patients attend 15 to 20 hours of on-site programming services each week, with both day and evening options. Clinical staff are specially trained in Post-Induction Therapy (PIT) and have received intensive experiential training to help treat trauma. Cutting-edge treatment methods help address the core issues of trauma and addiction in a nurturing community, giving patients the courage to confront grief and loss, heal from emotional trauma, and become accountable for their recovery. For those unable to attend the IOP in-person, The Meadows also offers a virtual format. Joint Commission accredited and accepting most major insurance, The Meadows is dedicated to providing the care each patient needs.
