Alsana Westlake Village

At Alsana, we specialize in treating eating disorders for individuals aged 18 and over, of any gender, with our holistic Adaptive Care Model. Our goal is to give our clients the power to manage medical, relational, nutritional, movement, and therapeutic aspects of their recovery. We offer programs to cater to each individual’s needs, such as two-week winter intensives, Telehealth programming, residential, day treatment, and Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization Programming. Our therapies include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Exposure and Response Prevention, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Medical Nutrition Therapy, Art Therapy, Expressive Therapies, and Internal Family Systems. We have three breathtaking locations in California, including Westlake Village in Los Angeles, where our clients can enjoy activities such as cooking classes, gardening, fishing, games, and horseback riding.
