Foothills Centre for Change

Nestled in the majestic mountains of British Columbia, Foothills Centre for Change offers comprehensive, personalized addiction treatment for clients in need of healing. Choose from 30, 60, or 90 day programs that include evidence-based therapies, medical detox, and holistic services. A 14-day intensive residential package is available for those who can’t stay for the full 30 days. Clients receive support through individual and group therapy sessions, 12-Step facilitation, social activities, healthy meals, exercise, and relaxation time.

The Centre’s goal is to help address the root issues of substance misuse through cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), therapeutic and educational groups, and co-occurring disorder treatment such as personality disorders, grief, trauma, and anxiety. Clients are further supported through a wellness program that includes yoga, meditation, amino acid therapy, and social connection.

Enjoy the serene setting of the Centre. Private accommodations, weekly massages, and an infra-red sauna provide comfort and relaxation. Additionally, family therapy sessions encourage close support systems. Treatment plans are arranged to match the desired length of stay and include private aftercare sessions. Foothill Centre for Change accepts most private insurance.
