Terradyne Wellness Centre

Terradyne Wellness Centre specializes in treating addiction, substance abuse, and chronic relapse. Our mission is to provide evidence-based, personalized treatment that empowers clients to become re-engaged members of society. Our clinicians have experience and certifications in CBT, DBT, mindfulness, narrative, and more. We offer both inpatient and aftercare programs that last 21-90 days. Clients engage in 1-on-1 therapy twice a week and can attend educational workshops that revolve around relapse prevention, goal setting, and more. We have an ideal location on the Nova Scotia coast that includes updated furnishings and plenty of outdoor spaces. Each day at Terradyne begins with morning meditation or exercise before workshops and 1-on-1 therapy. Afterward, clients can participate in recreational activities, such as hiking or personal training, and end the day with offerings like yoga classes, sound healing, music therapy, and 12-step meetings.
