With an average program length of 7 weeks, Ledgehill provides tailored recovery plans that incorporate individual counseling, physical exercise, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), 12-Step facilitation, and relapse prevention. The facility offers 4 distinctive programs with private and semi-private rooms and en-suite bathrooms, recreational outings, and healthy meals prepared on-site.
