Crosbie House is a non-profit residential treatment program designed to help individuals overcome the physical, mental, and spiritual impacts of addiction. Our dedicated team of physicians, addiction specialists, and volunteers provide a 4-week inpatient program to help clients return to a sober and healthy life. Our various therapies – from 1-on-1 counseling to group activities, art therapy, acupuncture, physical activity, smudging, and 12-Step recovery meetings – work together to promote a full-scale recovery. Recognizing that family members must also be supported, we provide a weekly family group and one-on-one counseling sessions to ensure lasting results.
Clients who have completed their 4-week program are given the tools they need to maintain their sobriety and are invited to participate in our alumni program for aftercare. Set on the tranquil grounds of the Annapolis Valley, Crosbie House also offers a home-like environment with plenty of outdoor space for walking and numerous opportunities for yoga, meditation, and physical fitness. Our on-site chefs prepare nutritious meals from locally sourced ingredients.
