Prairie Sky Recovery

Prairie Sky Recovery Centre offers a comprehensive approach to Whole Person Recovery based on evidence-based therapies, providing treatment for drug and alcohol addiction, as well as non-substance addiction. Their trauma-responsive programs provide 12 Step guidance, emotional wellness, mindfulness, communication and assertiveness training, financial literacy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavior therapy, recovery safety plans and aftercare. Clients and their families are provided with a 2-day psychoeducation program. Located in rural Saskatchewan, the idyllic cottage setting offers 30 beds in a 20,000 square foot historic building, complete with six acres of landscaped grounds, providing the utmost in tranquility, security, and solitude. Their program is evidence-based, nonreligious, and nonjudgmental and is effective for persons of any color, sexual orientation, or religion. To promote healthy living, Prairie Sky Recovery Centre also offers horse therapy, yoga, meditation, and relaxation in private and semi-private rooms.
