Boulder Integrated Health (BIH) provides a continuum of comprehensive addiction and mental health services, from Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) to Outpatient Programs (OP). Using evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), as well as experiential therapies and medication-assisted treatment (MAT), BIH creates individualized care plans, tailored to the needs of each client. During Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), clients receive 20+ and 10+ hours of treatment a week, respectively. Outpatient Program (OP) involves 1-3 90-minute sessions a week. BIH also utilizes a wide array of experiential therapies, such as equine and animal assisted therapy, yoga, acupuncture, art therapy, and music therapy, to get the most effective results for the patient. Each client is assigned a Case Management Team made up of a licensed therapist and a Certified Addictions Counselor, to provide the support and resources necessary to address the issues in their life, and to assist in referral to more intensive treatment programs, legal, vocational, or academic support, or further therapeutic treatment.
