Johnstown Heights Behavioral Health

Johnstown Heights is a residential and intensive outpatient program that provides compassionate care for individuals struggling with substance use disorders, mental health disorders, or both (co-occurring disorders). During an initial evaluation, the patients’ level of care is determined and the center works with most insurance companies. Each patient is cared for by both medical and mental health professionals who assess, stabilize, and treat their conditions. Patients are offered individual therapy, recreational therapy, and medication management as part of their treatment plans. Family members are also encouraged to participate in weekly family therapy sessions. Furthermore, Johnstown offers therapeutic activities such as exercise, music, and art in order to foster a warm, home-like environment. Set on 10 acres of natural light and outdoor space, the facility also includes a gym for recreational therapy.
