A variety of specialty groups are available, including a women’s survivor group, a young adult track, and an adolescent IOP program. Discharge planning is also provided to ensure a smooth transition following a stay at Centennial Peaks Hospital, with referrals, outpatient counseling, 12-Step support, and more.
