Center for Discovery Southport is a leading provider of eating disorder treatment in Connecticut, boasting over 25 years of experience and a staff of highly trained therapists, dietitians, and medical professionals. The treatment program offers a variety of therapeutic modalities, including yoga, meditation, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure & response prevention (ERP), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). Residential treatment, a partial hospitalization program (PHP), and virtual programming are all available for adolescents aged 10-17. Further, Center for Discovery Southport also offers an academic program in partnership with LearnWell, to help ensure adolescents continue their education while in treatment and make a smooth transition back to their educational setting after treatment.
