Discovery Mood & Anxiety Southport is a specialized mental health outpatient treatment program for adolescents and adults, providing 25 years of experience and evidence-based therapy to treat a variety of mood and anxiety disorders. Their program includes PHP and IOP options for adolescents, as well as an IOP program for adults 18 years and up. Through CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based approaches, they treat depression, self-harm, bipolar disorder, anxiety, trauma, and reactive attachment disorder in individual and group settings. Additionally, Discovery Mood & Anxiety offers a virtual mental health treatment program for those unable to attend in-person. This virtual program provides evidence-based treatments and one-on-one sessions with a therapist, along with educational support for youth clients. It is ideal for those with commitments close to home or limited transportation.
