WhiteSands Treatment

WhiteSands Treatment Center provides a full continuum of care for substance abuse and co-occurring disorders, including onsite detox, residential care, an intensive outpatient program (IOP), and Day Treatment (PHP). Their evidence-based treatments include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), eye movement therapy, and motivational interviewing, as well as holistic therapies such as hypnotherapy and art therapy. Patients can also take advantage of amenities like a meditation garden, yoga center, pool, spa and salon treatments, outdoor patio, fitness center with classes, volleyball court, basketball court, and rec room. The Joint Commission accredited facility accepts public and private insurance and provides individualized treatment plans to help address the individual’s underlying issues. Furthermore, patients are taught life skills such as time-management, goal-setting, and achieving balance in both their work and personal lives.
