Clementine Miami offers specialized treatment to adolescent girls ages 13-17 struggling with anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, and exercise addiction. They use evidence-based approaches such as 1-on-1 therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and life skills training to foster recovery. Clients learn healthy skills like journaling, time management, decision making, and handling peer pressure. Families are included in weekly therapy sessions, a parent education program, meals, and multi-family large groups. Academic support and reintegration guidance are also provided.
For fun, clients can partake in expressive therapies and activities such as game and movie nights, pottery, jewelry making, weekly movement sessions, and dance. Outings such as museum visits, bowling, and grocery store trips are also arranged. The center features bright, colorful spaces with indoor and outdoor lounge areas, a lush green campus, shared rooms, and an outdoor pool. Joint Commission accredited, Clementine accepts various public and private insurances.
