About WhiteSands Treatment Hyde Park

WhiteSands Treatment’s Hyde Park location provides women with partial hospitalization program (PHP) and intensive outpatient program (IOP) options. Their PHP is a highly-structured 5-hour/day, 6-day/week recovery program that is accompanied by psychoeducational therapy and community connection. Offering a cozy transitional housing atmosphere with private rooms and luxury amenities, WhiteSands also offers a step-down, 3-hour/day IOP with an emphasis on relapse prevention and coping skills. As a part of their recovery and wellness program, WhiteSands assigns each patient a personal life skills guide to help them form an individual plan and reach their treatment goals. With long-term sobriety in mind, WhiteSands also provides access to 24-hour hotlines, virtual check-ins, and alumni meetings as part of their relapse prevention program.
