Hope Harbor Wellness provides a comprehensive approach to treating adults with addiction and co-occurring mental health conditions. Their varied levels of care include an intensive outpatient program (IOP), a step down from partial hospitalization (PHP), as well as an Outpatient Program (OP) with evening session options. Through individual counseling, group therapy, medical services, case management, and aftercare opportunities, Hope Harbor will ensure their clients receive the support they need to achieve their recovery goals.
