The OCD and Anxiety Treatment Center offers specialized care for patients suffering from obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and anxiety-related disorders. They treat people of all ages, from children as young as 3 years old, and use science-backed therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and exposure and response prevention (ERP) to help their patients cope and manage their symptoms. In addition to on-site counseling, in-home therapy, and teletherapy, they specialize in an intensive outpatient program (IOP) for those with severe OCD and anxiety. This program is not hospital-based, allowing them to provide 1-on-1 counseling anywhere the patient’s anxiety takes them. Furthermore, they offer parental training to best support their children dealing with OCD or anxiety. The center does not work with in-network insurance companies, however, most patients’ insurance policies will partially or completely cover sessions at an out-of-network rate.
