Imagine Nampa

Imagine Nampa is a compassionate outpatient (OP) and partial hospitalization (PHP) center that delivers mental and behavioral health treatment for teens ages 12-17. Enveloped in a cozy atmosphere, patients are encouraged to feel at home during their weekly sessions, which span five days for six hours per day and include two sessions per week with a psychiatrist. Medical needs are attended to and medication managed by our on-site nursing staff, available each day.

Our personalized care approach sees teens and counselors work in unison to create tailored treatment plans that are reviewed during each session. Our comforting and supportive environment also allows teenagers to take advantage of art and music therapy, as well as mindfulness and meditation activities. A selection of evidence-based therapies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), trauma therapy, teen relationship counseling and interpersonal therapy are among the options available.

We also offer a summer PHP and IOP program, giving teens the chance to lay a strong foundation for ongoing recovery and developing coping skills.
