MindPlus Doraha

At MindPlus Doraha, we are devoted to helping our patients maintain their emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing. Through providing specialized outpatient therapy and counseling services, alongside psychological assessments to inform diagnosis, we strive to reduce the stigma associated with mental health. We use a mix of therapeutic and medication-based treatments as well as lifestyle modifications to reach a place of wellness. Additionally, we have created a mindfulness app which offers easy, daily practices that can be done anywhere to support our patients on their journey.
