Bridges of Hope is an accredited dual diagnosis adult substance abuse treatment program located in Anderson, Indiana. It offers a full continuum of care, including medical detox, residential, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient services. Depending on the client’s needs, long-term or short-term care is available, usually lasting 28 days. The program strives to teach individuals how to re-socialize in a healthy way through individual and group counseling, horse therapy, motivational interviewing (MI), 12-Step facilitation, and eye movement therapy (EMDR). After completing the residential program, Bridges of Hope offers ongoing outpatient treatment to ensure long-term recovery. Family support, visitation, and counseling are encouraged, and the facility offers spacious bedroom quarters, lounge area, a large pond, horse stable with arena, an indoor volleyball and basketball court, gym, and green space for walks.
