About Heartland Wellness Center

Heartland Wellness Center is dedicated to providing tailored solutions to individuals and families struggling with addiction, behavioral health, grief counseling, and co-occurring mental health conditions. Our experienced and qualified professionals are here to help with an intensive outpatient program (IOP), partial hospitalization (PHP), and outpatient services. In addition to traditional talk therapy, couples counseling, and group therapy, we offer 12-Step facilitation to promote long-term recovery. We are accredited by the Joint Commission and accept most private insurance. To help our clients remain connected beyond their treatment, we host a monthly event called the Heartland Heartbeats for our program alumni. We are with our clients every step of the way from start to finish!
