About St. Gregory Recovery Center

Founded in 2006 by Michael and Rose Marie Vasquez, St. Gregory Recovery Center has been providing rehabilitation services for over 12 years. Their gender-specific residential care program is designed to repair the whole body and its ability to make positive choices. Their non-12-Step, faith-based program combines cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavior modification, life coaching, and physical wellness. Located in Bayard, Iowa, St. Gregory offers luxurious 54-bed men’s and 28-bed women’s residential suites with bathrooms and showers. Other amenities include a gym, indoor basketball court, outdoor volleyball court, on-site chef, laundry facilities, and leisure activities. Caffeine and tobacco are allowed in the residential and detox units respectively. St. Gregory Recovery’s program also offers family-style meals to promote healthy interactions. Although there are spiritual or religious practices embraced at the facility, no particular practices are imposed on their clients. This facility is accredited by CARF and accepts most private insurance.
