Shelley Center

Shelley Center is a residential substance use disorder treatment facility in Harrodsburg, Kentucky offering a range of services such as detox, medications, therapy, peer support, case management, structured activities, Celebrate Recovery classes, life skills classes and church outings. The center is located on the site of the Isaiah House Corporate Office and has a comfortable and safe environment for women in recovery and pregnant women with a doctor’s approval. Clients have the option to extend their stay and enroll in the residential intensive outpatient program (IOP) with continued accountability and access to services. Real Hope Behavioral Health offers an outpatient center to provide access to additional services.
