Their levels of care vary from partial hospitalization (PHP) to intensive outpatient (IOP) to traditional outpatient services. PHP is the most intensive option, providing structured treatment 5 days a week. IOP is a great option for those transitioning out of inpatient care who need more care than outpatient care provides. Those utilizing traditional outpatient services receive two hours of individual or group therapy per week.

At Louisville Addiction Center, they take a holistic approach to treating addiction and mental health, focusing on individual and family therapy. Behavioral therapies, 12-Step support, nutrition counseling, and meditation are integrated into their treatment plans. Medication-assisted treatment is available to ease withdrawal symptoms.
