About Impact Outpatient Program

Impact Outpatient Treatment offers comprehensive and personalized treatment solutions for individuals struggling with substance use or mental health conditions. Their intensive outpatient services (IOP) are available both in-person and virtually, just outside of Louisville, Kentucky. The IOP program provides 15-25 hours of weekly group therapy, plus one hour of individual therapy. Therapeutic modalities include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), life skills, employment education, psychoeducation, relapse prevention, and 12-Step philosophy. While Impact does not provide Sober Living housing, they have knowledge and resources of the best housing options, and can provide individuals with community help in finding appropriate housing. With a non-judgmental atmosphere and welcoming environment, Impact Outpatient strives to create a safe and supportive space for its clients.
