Stepworks Paducah

Stepworks Paducah offers comprehensive addiction treatment with detox, a 30-day residential program, and evidence-based approaches, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing. Clients also have access to group and individual therapy sessions, medical provider meetings, and a 12-Step program. To promote practical life skills, clients participate in daily chores from keeping their bedside area tidy to meal prep. The facility also provides comfortable living areas, outdoor recreational spaces, and private reflection areas. Stepworks Paducah is accredited by CARF and accepts most major insurances. Families are also welcomed to take part in their loved one’s treatment.
