Key Transitions is a non-profit teen treatment program that offers individualized solutions to help teens and young adults ages 13-30 find long-term recovery from addiction, behavior issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, and more. Through programs such as Teen Outpatient, Teen Transitional Living, and Teen/Young Adult Mentoring, Key Transitions seeks to empower participants by building their self-esteem, creating lasting connection, and exploring new passions. The Teen Transitional Living program, Key Housing, provides a structured living setting and mentorship for young boys aged 14-17 while also promoting life skills and academics. The Key Mentoring program assigns mentors to teens and adults ages 13-35 to offer support for academics, resume building, and goal setting. Key Transitions is a unique program staffed by passionate and experienced team members who are dedicated to changing the lives of teens, young adults, and their families.
