MARR Addiction Treatment Center in Atlanta provides comprehensive addiction recovery services for men, specializing in a professional program. Their residential program includes three phases: Feelings School, Skills Application, and Sober Living. The first phase is six weeks long and consists of psychiatric evaluation, medical monitoring, and therapeutic community immersion. Clients are provided 30 hours of clinical work each week, such as group counseling or psychoeducation. The second phase is 8 weeks long and includes relapse prevention counseling, individual and family counseling, and applying sober living skills. The third phase of sober living lasts at least 12 weeks and involves learning to live independently, joining a spiritual life group, and maintaining individual counseling. In addition, MARR offers outpatient programs which last 4 to 8 weeks with individual, group, and family counseling. They also have an aftercare program which consists of alumni events throughout the year to help the men reconnect and feel supported.
