Foundation House

Foundation House is a sober living facility located in Portland, Maine that offers treatment services for individuals struggling with substance use disorder, co-occurring disorders, sex addiction, and trauma/PTSD. The center provides evidence-based therapies and holistic treatments such as health lessons, cooking lessons, yoga, music production, float spa services, and woodworking. Clients also have access to a wide range of experiential activities including wilderness adventure, hiking, biking, rock climbing, personal training, various sports leagues, skiing, and more. Foundation House additionally provides job support, academic and vocational counseling, family programming, an international trip, and a 120-acre therapeutic ranch. They offer monthly self-pay payments, sliding scale, and scholarships for their Joint Commission accredited treatment program.
