About Crossroads CAMP

At Crossroads, an addiction and behavioral treatment facility, they offer gender-specific treatment options for men and women struggling with substance use and mental health disorders. Women in Portland, Maine can take advantage of the residential treatment center specifically designed for pregnant and postpartum mothers. These clients and their children are included in the recovery journey, with childcare, parenting, and related services available. Crossroads also has an eating disorder program as well as an addiction program for women and their children. In addition, Crossroads offers dual diagnosis treatment and an intensive outpatient program (IOP) for both genders. The women’s only IOP is located in Scarborough, Maine and provides gender-specific treatment, while the Kennebunk location offers co-ed intensive outpatient services. These IOPs incorporate peer counseling with evidence-based treatment options such as local therapy groups, one on one counseling, and motivational interviewing (MI), plus holistic services like acupuncture, meditation, massage, and yoga. All of these high-quality services are CARF accredited and available to men, women, and families.
